Medyka is a village in Przemyśl County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, close to the border with Ukraine. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Medyka. It lies approximately 13 kilometres east of Przemyśl and 72 km east of the regional capital Rzeszów. In 2006 the village had a population of approximately 2,800.
