Kotovsk, Ukraine

Kotovsk is a city in Odessa Oblast, Ukraine, the administrative center of Kotovskyi Raion. Population is 40,718 (2001). Birzula, as it was called then, was the capital of the Moldavian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic from 1928 to 1929. The city is known as the place where Soviet military leader Grigori Kotovsky was buried in a mausoleum. In 1935, the city was named after him; formerly the settlement bore the name Birzula.

Colosova

Colosova is a commune in the Grigoriopol District of Transnistria, Moldova. It is composed of three villages: Colosova, Crasnaia Besarabia (Червона Бесарабія, Красная Бессарабия) and Pobeda (Побєда, Победа). It is currently under the administration of the breakaway government of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic. The village of Colosova was part of the Glückstal Colonies, known during the 19th Century as Bergdorf and inhabited by Germans farmers.

Comisarovca Nouă (Ukrainian: Нова Комісарівка, Nova Komisarivka Russian: Новокомиссаровка, Novokomissarovka) is a commune in the Dubăsari District of Transnistria, Moldova. It is composed of four villages: Comisarovca Nouă, Bosca (Боска), Coşniţa Nouă (Нова Кошниця, Новая Кошница) and Pohrebea Nouă (Нове Погреб'я, Новoe Погребье). It is currently under the administration of the breakaway government of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic.
