Kozova

Kozova is a small town in the Ternopil Oblast of western Ukraine, in the area historically known as Galicia, 16 km east of Berezhany, some 30 km west of Ternopil and c. 100 km southeast of Lviv. The town is situated beside a lake on the Koropets River (“little carp”). There is presumption that the name Kozova comes from the Ukrainian word koza, though other possible sources exist.

Velykyi Khodachkiv

Velykyi Khodachkiv - a selo in the Kozivskyi Raion, Ternopil oblast, Ukraine. It lies on the banks of the Rudka river, on the rail line from Ternopil to Rohatyn. The population is 1394 people (2003 census).
