Kozova

Kozova is a small town in the Ternopil Oblast of western Ukraine, in the area historically known as Galicia, 16 km east of Berezhany, some 30 km west of Ternopil and c. 100 km southeast of Lviv. The town is situated beside a lake on the Koropets River (“little carp”). There is presumption that the name Kozova comes from the Ukrainian word koza, though other possible sources exist.

Zboriv

Zboriv is a small town in Ternopil Oblast, west Ukraine. It is located in the historical region of Galicia. The population is 7,400 (2001). It is administrative center of the Zboriv Raion. The town (located 35 km northwest of Ternopil, and 85 km southeast of Lviv) lies on Strypa River.

Zolota Lypa River

Zolota Lypa is a river in western Ukraine. It flows through Berezhany district, forming the large Berezhany lake north of Berezhany. It is a left tributary of Dniester, belonging to the Black Sea basin. Zolota Lypa both in Polish and Ukrainian means "a golden lime-tree". The river with the opposite meaning Hnyla Lypa (rotten lime-tree) flows parallel 30 km west from Berezhany.
