River Kenwater

The River Kenwater is a short tributary of the River Lugg. In fact, it is also an offshoot of that river, separating from it about 2 kilometres north-west of Leominster; it flows through the town and re-joins the Lugg just outside Leominster's east boundary. It can be seen near the entrance to Brightwells Auctioneers and again near Ridgemoor Road.

Leominster (district)

Leominster (district) was a local government district in England from 1 April 1974 to 1 April 1998 with its administrative seat in the town of Leominster. It was one of two districts in a new county of Hereford and Worcester created in 1974, following the Local Government Act 1972) that merged the historical counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire and crossed the traditional border, the range of Malvern Hills, between the two counties.

Leominster (UK Parliament constituency)

Leominster was, until 2010, a parliamentary constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. From 1295 to 1868, it was a parliamentary borough which elected two Members of Parliament (MPs) by the bloc vote system of election. Under the Reform Act 1867 its representation was reduced to one MP, elected by the first past the post system.

River Arrow, Wales

The River Arrow is a river in the Marches, rising in Powys in Wales, then flowing into the English county of Herefordshire. It rises near Gwaunceste Hill, then flows south-east through Newchuch and Michaelchurch-on-Arrow. It forms a short section of the England/Wales boundary, before flowing into Herefordshire, and through the town of Kington.
