Lowestoft (UK Parliament constituency)

Lowestoft was a parliamentary constituency centred on the town of Lowestoft in Suffolk. It returned one Member of Parliament (MP) to the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom, elected by the first past the post voting system. It was more often won by the Conservative Party than not, although its representatives include two from the Liberal Party and one from the Labour Party.

St. Peter's Church, Carlton Colville

St. Peter's Church is the Anglican parish church in the village of Carlton Colville, near Lowestoft in Suffolk, England. It is a small church with 13th century origins, the oldest recorded building in the village. The structure is Grade II* listed building. The church as it stands today is largely Victorian however, rebuilt in the style of a medieval church in the 1880s – the church had a wealthy rector, who had the church almost completely rebuilt at his own expense.

Beccles bell tower

The Beccles bell tower is a free-standing Grade I listed edifice associated with the adjacent St. Michael's church in the market town of Beccles, Suffolk, England. It stands near the edge of a cliff overlooking the River Waveney, the bell tower rises an additional 97 feet and is thirty feet square (9m) at its base. It dominates the town as well as the surrounding countryside, much of which is comprised by The Broads National Park.

Oulton Dyke

Oulton Dyke is a freshwater stretch of water in The Broads National Park, located in Suffolk within the United Kingdom. The dyke connects Oulton Broad near Lowestoft to the River Waveney by means of a confluence near the village of Burgh St Peter. Oulton Dyke is approximately a mile long, and from Oulton Broad heads west then after some 400 yards makes a sharp turn to the north to join with the River Waveney.
