White Wolf (Yosemite)

White Wolf is a campground and concession area outside of Yosemite Valley in the northern area of Yosemite National Park along Tioga Road. The campground is directly off the road and thus does not require a rough drive to the campground such as other Yosemite campgrounds outside of the valley. White Wolf Campground contains 74 campsites and has the look and feel of Bridalveil Creek Campground. The campground is not near a creek and is quite rocky and sunny.

Yosemite Creek Campground

Yosemite Creek Campground, located in the northern area of Yosemite National Park along Tioga Road (HWY 120), is a first-come first-served campground outside of Yosemite Valley. This campground is remote, quiet, and less populated relative to other campgrounds in Yosemite. The campground is 4 miles off the main road and thus requires a very rough, single lane, downhill mostly unpaved drive to the campground.

Quaking Aspen Falls

Quaking Aspen Falls (also called Tioga Pass Falls) is a 25-foot, multi-stranded waterfall off Tioga Pass Road in Yosemite National Park. Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne

The Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne is the portion of the valley of the Tuolumne River in Yosemite National Park, USA. As defined by the United States Geological Survey, it begins immediately below Tuolumne Meadows and ends immediately above Hetch Hetchy Valley. The Tuolumne River runs as a somewhat wavy line from east to west. It originates in the high-altitude flatlands of Tuolumne Meadows, just west of the Sierra Nevada's main divide.

Hetch Hetchy Reservoir

Hetch Hetchy Reservoir is a reservoir located within Yosemite National Park, about 65 miles northeast from the city of Merced, California. The reservoir has a capacity of 360,000 acre·ft and is formed by the 364-foot O'Shaughnessy Dam. The reservoir lies in the Hetch Hetchy Valley on the Tuolumne River. After a years-long battle to preserve the Valley, led by John Muir, the dam was approved under the administration of Woodrow Wilson in 1913. Construction was completed in 1923.
