Lake Trahlyta

Lake Trahlyta is named for Princess Trahlyta of the Eastern Band of Cherokees. The lake is located in Vogel State Park near Blairsville, Georgia which is one of first two original state parks in the state of Georgia.

Cowrock Mountain

Cowrock Mountain is a mountain that is located in Lumpkin and White counties in Georgia. The mountain forms a north/south ridge. Its northern peak, Cowrock, has an elevation of 3,852 feet and its southern peak, Cowrock Flat, has an elevation of 3,502 feet . The boundary line between Lumpkin and White counties follows the ridge formed by Cowrock Mountain. The peak called Cowrock is the highest point in Lumpkin County, forms the northeast corner of the county.

Neels Gap, Georgia

Neels Gap (also known as Frogtown Gap, Frogtown Pass, Neel Gap, and Walasi-yi) is a divide along the Blue Ridge Mountains at the base of the Frogtown Creek in the counties of Union and Lumpkin in the U.S. state of Georgia. The divide is located approximately 14.5 miles northeast of Dahlonega.

Wildcat Mountain (Georgia)

Wildcat Mountain, with an elevation of 3,760 feet, has the distinction of being the highest peak in White County, Georgia, USA but not the highest point in the county. The boundary line between White County and Towns County bisects Tray Mountain, but leaves the summit of the mountain in Towns County. Thus, the upper elevations of Tray Mountain falling within White County at nearly 4,430 feet rob the summit of Wildcat Mountain of the title “highest point in White County.
