Us-kab-wan-ka River is a small tributary of the Cloquet River in northeastern Minnesota in the United States. It is approximately 19.7 miles long. Along with its tributaries, the Us-kab-wan-ka drains an area of 40.43 square miles . Via the Cloquet River and the St. Louis River, it is part of the watershed of Lake Superior. It flows for its entire length in Grand Lake Township in southern St. Louis County.

A suburb of Duluth, Minnesota, it has been the only city in the county to report population growth as much of the area's residential and commercial expansion occurs there.
