The Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center (MOFMC), a military hospital, is located on Nellis Air Force Base and is run by the 99th Medical Group (MDG). Members of the 99th MDG run the 104-bed medical treatment facility in a joint venture project with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
