Valinhos is a city and municipality (municipio) in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. It is the birthplace of Adoniran Barbosa. Valinhos is famous for its purple fig, the theme of its annual Fig Fest. It is geographically close to Campinas. The city's estimated population in 2009 was 107,481. Its area is 148.96 km² while its elevation is 660 m . Its name means 'little valleys' in Portuguese.

The Anel Viário José Magalhães Teixeira (official designation SP-083) is the Campinas Beltway, a ring of high-speed highways surrounding the city of Campinas, in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The Campinas Beltway is the Northern vertex of the Macrometropolitan Highway System of Greater São Paulo and one of the few complete metropolitan beltways in the country. It is an extensive structure, which directly interconnects 6 large double-lane highways to all quadrants of the state.

Estádio Brinco de Ouro

The Estádio Brinco de Ouro ("Golden Earring"), also known as Estádio Brinco de Ouro da Princesa ("Princess' Golden Earring"), or just Brinco de Ouro ("Golden Earring"), is a football stadium inaugurated on May 31, 1953 in Campinas, São Paulo state, Brazil with a maximum capacity of 40,988 people. The stadium is owned by Guarani Futebol Clube and has a pitch size of 105,12m x 70,12m (today is 110m x 75m) Brinco de Ouro's architects were Ícaro de Castro Mello and Osvaldo Correio Gonçalves.

Estádio Moisés Lucarelli

The Estádio Moisés Lucarelli, also known as Estádio Majestoso, or just Majestoso, is a football stadium inaugurated on September 12, 1948 in Campinas, São Paulo, with a maximum capacity of 19,722 people. The stadium is owned by Associação Atlética Ponte Preta. The stadium has a pitch size of 107m x 70m and its area stands at 36,000 m². Its formal name honors Moisés Lucarelli, the co-ordinator of the stadium construction works commission.
