Ølgod is a railway town with a population of 3,926 (1 January 2012), at the railroad between Esbjerg and Struer and a former municipality in Varde municipality in Region of Southern Denmark on the Jutland peninsula in southwest Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 247 km², and had a total population of 11,351 (2005). Its last mayor was Erik Buhl Nielsen.
