Kolding Storcenter

Kolding Storcenter is a shopping mall in the town of Kolding in Southern Denmark. It is the largest shopping mall in Jutland and one of the largest in Denmark. It covers 62.000m² and has over 120 shops and restaurants. It also has a Bilka hypermarket and a BioCenter cinema with 6 screens. Kolding Storcenter was built in 1993 and expanded in 1999. It was named Denmark's best shopping mall from 2001 to 2003. The centre, like most shopping malls in Denmark, is run by Steen & Strøm Denmark A/S.

Eltang stone

The Eltang stone (also Stenderup stone, listed as DR 35 in the Rundata catalog, is a Viking Age runestone . The stone was discovered in 1866 at in North-Stenderup, Eltang parish, Vejle, Region of Southern Denmark, Denmark, about 2 km north of Kolding, on the estate of one Mr. Flensbourg, who gave it to the Oldnordisk Museum . The Danske Runeindskrifter database of the Copenhagen University's Nordisk Forskningsinstitut dates it to the later Viking Age .

Kolding Stadion

Kolding Stadion, nicknamed Ørneborgen by the local team's fanclub after Kolding FC's impressive home record of the 2005 autumn-season (just one loss). It consists of an old wooden stand (west), a 700-seater, a larger more modern east stand, with room for a sitting crowd of 1517, plus a round southern stand. There are four athletics running lanes (six for sprint distances up until 110 metres), and facilities for pole vaulting, high jumping, hammer throwing, shot putting and long jumping.
