Klaukkala

Klaukkala is a village in the southern part of the Nurmijärvi municipality of Finland, near the Valkjärvi lake. Klaukkala is the largest of the villages in Nurmijärvi and is often mistakenly thought of as a separate city. Lepsämä, an area belonging to Klaukkala, is the place where the former Prime Minister of Finland Matti Vanhanen currently resides. Klaukkala has a population of about 15 000 and is the fastest-growing area of Nurmijärvi.

Lepsämä

Lepsämä is a village in the municipality of Nurmijärvi, Finland. There is a comprehensive school in Lepsämä. There also used to be a shop, a bank and a post office. The former prime minister of Finland Matti Vanhanen lives in Lepsämä. Lepsämä has grown in population in recent few years and in 2005 it was the most rapidly growing village in Finland (in relation to population size).

Röykkä

Röykkä is a village located in the Nurmijärvi municipality. In Röykkä there is a school and a Valintatalo (ex. Siwa) superstore. Population is about 2500. "Little-Sääksi"(Sääksi is Finland's biggest fountain) is a popular beach in the village. There is also a lake called Vaaksi in the village. It is also in fact a big fountain. The water in both lakes is drinkable!

Kiljava

Kiljava is a village in the municipality of Nurmijärvi in southern Finland. Kiljava is most famous for its public, all-purpose educational institute (Kiljavan opisto in Finnish). It is also a popular vacation resort, with two private camping areas - one for SAFA architects and one for the Finnish Police Force - and a public beach.

Keimola Motor Stadium

The Keimola Motor Stadium was a dedicated race track located in Vantaa, Finland. It was founded by Finnish racing driver Curt Lincoln after the closure of the Eläintarha track in 1963. Construction started in 1965 and the track was opened on 12 June 1966. The track was 3.3 km long, consisting of eight turns and a 1 km home straight. Multiple racing series, including Formula Two, Formula Vee and Interserie, raced on the track during the years it was used.
