Längelmäki

Längelmäki is a former municipality of Finland. Längelmäki was divided in 2007 between Jämsä and Orivesi. Its western parts are now part of the Pirkanmaa region and the eastern part are part of the Central Finland region. The municipality had a population of 1,734 (2003) and covered an area of 496.89 km² of which 71.74 km² was water. The population density was 3.5 inhabitants per km². The municipality was unilingually Finnish.

Kuorevesi

Kuorevesi is a former municipality in Finland. It was part of the Pirkanmaa region in western Finland. In the year 2001 it was consolidated into the town of Jämsä in the Central Finland region. The name of the municipality came from the Lake Kuorevesi that is situated in its area.

Vehkajärvi

Vehkajärvi is a lake in Finland. It is located at the border of Pirkanmaa, Päijänne Tavastia and Central Finland regions in the Finnish Lakeland and there mostly in the former municipality of Kuhmalahti, now part of Kangasala, and for lesser parts in the municipalities of Pälkäne, Padasjoki and Kuhmoinen. The lake is a part of a lake system that consists of Vehkajärvi, Lummene and Vesijako.
