Carraroe GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the Gaeltacht area of Carraroe, County Galway, Ireland. The club is a member of the Galway GAA. Notable players include Seán Óg de Paor and Sean Ó Domhnaill, members of Galway's All-Ireland triumphs in 1998 and 2001. In 1996, they became the second Connemara club to win the Galway Senior Club Football Championship beating Oranmore/Maree in the final.

Gorumna

Gorumna is an island on the west coast of Ireland, forming part of County Galway. Gorumna Island is linked with the mainland through the Béal an Daingin Bridge. It had a population of 1,010 as of 2006. Gorumna properly consists of three individual islands in close proximity, Lettermullen, Tír an Fhia and Lettermore.

Míchael Breathnach CLG

Micheál Breathnach is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in County Galway, Republic Of Ireland. The club is a member of the Galway GAA. Underage teams up to U-16's play in the Galway league and championships while further age groups compete in their respective competitions. Inishmore Aerodrome

Inishmore Aerodrome is located 1 nautical mile southeast of Cill Rónáin, a town on the island of Inis Mór (Inishmore), one of the Aran Islands off the coast of County Galway in Ireland. It has one paved runway designated 14/32 which measures 490 by 18 m (by ft). Service to Connemara Airport is provided by Aer Arann Islands, an airline which also serves the other Aran Islands: Inisheer (Inis Oírr) and Inishmaan (Inis Meáin).
