Carraroe GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the Gaeltacht area of Carraroe, County Galway, Ireland. The club is a member of the Galway GAA. Notable players include Seán Óg de Paor and Sean Ó Domhnaill, members of Galway's All-Ireland triumphs in 1998 and 2001. Muckanaghederdauhaulia (Irish: Muiceanach idir Dhá Sháile, meaning "piggery between two briny places") is a 470 acre townland in the civil parish of Kilcummin in County Galway, Ireland. It was formerly regarded as the longest place name in Ireland (22 letters in English; 26 in Irish), but awareness of longer names has challenged Muckanaghederdauhaulia.
