Migdal Afek

Migdal Afek (also Migdal Tsedek is a national park near Rosh HaAyin, Israel. On the site are the ruins of Mirabel, a Crusader castle. Before the establishment of the state, the Palestinian Arab village of Majdal Yaba was located in this area.

Hevel Modi'in Regional Council

Hevel Modi'in Regional Council is a regional council in central Israel. It was founded in 1950 and covers an area from Petah Tikva to Modi'in. The council borders Drom HaSharon Regional Council, El'ad and Rosh HaAyin in the north Mateh Binyamin Regional Council in the east Gezer Regional Council and Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut in the south Drom HaSharon, Lod Valley Regional Council, Lod and Ramle in the west.

Antipatris

Antipatris, one of two places known as Tel Afek, was a city built by Herod the Great, and named in honour of his father, Antipater II of Judea. It lay between Caesarea Maritima and Lydda, two miles inland, on the great Roman road from Caesarea to Jerusalem. Tel Afek had earlier served as a fortress and major strategic points in battles between the Egyptians, Israelites and Philistines in the Bronze and Iron Age, until it fell into ruin prior to Herod's rebuilding.

Highway 46 (Israel)

Highway 46 is a short highway in central Israel. The road, just 4 km long, was paved in order to bypass the portion of Highway 40 that crosses the aviation industrial zone near Ben Gurion International Airport, a section of road that suffers from heavy traffic.

Highway 5 (Israel)

Highway 5, or the Trans-Samaria Highway, is one of Israel's main highways, connecting the Mediterranean coast immediately north of Tel Aviv with the central Sharon plain and eastwards to Ariel and other Israeli settlements in the northern West Bank, known under the biblical name Samaria. The name Highway 5 is commonly used to describe a section of the highway running from the road's western end at the Glilot Interchange until where it crosses the Green Line near Elkana.
