Tlamim

Tlamim is a moshav in southern Israel in Hevel Lakhish. It is part of the Lakhish Regional Council. The moshav was founded in 1950 by Jewish immigrants from the island of Djerba in Tunisia as part of the effort to settle the region. Its name is derived from a verse in the Book of Psalms : "Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly, thou settlest the furrows thereof."

Hulayqat

Hulayqat was a Palestinian Arab village in the District of Gaza. It was depopulated during the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine on May 12, 1948 under Operation Barak. It was located 20.5 km northeast of Gaza. The population in 1945 was 420. Hulayqat had numerous khirbats which contained cisterns, a pool, and fragments of marble and pottery.

Kokhav Michael

Kokhav Michael is a moshav in southern Israel. Located between Kiryat Gat and Ashkelon, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hof Ashkelon Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 579.

Nehora

Nehora is a moshav (village) in the southern Israeli Coastal Plain about 5 km west Kiryat Gat in south-central Israel. It belongs to the Lakhish Regional Council. It is located just east of Route 352, across the road from Noga. Nehora was founded in 1955 as part of the program to inhabit Hevel Lakhish and was intended to serve as a center of services for surrounding communities. A shopping center, regional school and the offices of the Lakhish Regional Council are located there.

Tell el-Hesi

Tell el-Hesi is a 25-acre archaeological site in Israel. It was the first major site excavated in Palestine, first by Flinders Petrie in 1890 and later by Frederick Jones Bliss in 1891 and 1892, both sponsored by the Palestine Exploration Fund (PEF). Petrie's excavations were one of the first to systematically use stratigraphy and seriation to produce a chronology of the site. Tell el-Hesi is located southwest of the modern Israeli city of Qiryat Gat.
