Koura is a district in the North Governorate, Lebanon. Koura is one of the 36 districts of Lebanon, particularly popular for its olive tree cultivation. A total of 52 villages make up the Koura area. Koura's capital and largest city is Amioun, with about 15,000 inhabitants as of 2010.
