Skibotn Chapel

Skibotn Chapel is a chapel in the municipality of Storfjord in Troms county, Norway. It is located in the village of Skibotn. The chapel is part of the Storfjord parish in the Nord-Troms deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The white wooden chapel was originally built in 1895 and has been remodeled and enlarged several times since. The chapel was consecrated on 22 Jun 1931 by the Bishop Eivind Berggrav.

Lyngen Church

Lyngen Church is a parish church in the municipality of Karlsøy in Troms county, Norway. It is located in the village of Lyngseidet. The church is part of the Lyngen parish in the Nord-Troms deanery in the Diocese of Nord-Hålogaland. The white wooden church was built in 1782 and was extensively remodeled in 1846. The roof is made of red panels and the steeple is clad in copper. The church seats about 300 people.

Gollis

Gollis is a Norwegian tourist attraction in the form of a 9 metre tall Santa Claus made out of plastic materials. It is located in Lyngseidet in Lyngen in the county of Troms. Gollis is popular with tourists, but the locals are divided in their views. It may be a symbol of the friendly and warm-hearted citizens of Lyngen, but has been voted the ugliest tourist attraction in Norway in the newspaper Verdens Gang.
