Sudogda

Sudogda is a town and the administrative center of Sudogodsky District of Vladimir Oblast, Russia, located on the left bank of the Sudogda River 40 kilometers southeast of Vladimir. Population: 11,848; 13,328; 14,191. First mentioned in the 17th century documents as the sloboda of Sudogodskaya (Судогодская), it was later known as the selo of Sudogda. Town status was granted to it in 1778.

Sudogodsky District

Sudogodsky District is an administrative and municipal district, one of the sixteen in Vladimir Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast. The area of the district is 2,300 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the town of Sudogda. Population: 41,177; 44,429; 45,946. The population of Sudogda accounts for 28.8% of the district's total population.

Krasnoye Ekho

Krasnoye Ekho is a settlement in Vladimir Oblast, Russia, located on the Poboyki River, 40 kilometers south-east of Vladimir. Population: 2,295; 2,185. It was founded as the settlement of Novgorodino (Новгоро́дино) in 1875, when merchant Komissarov built the Novo-Gorodinsky glass-works here (renamed "Krasnoye Ekho" in 1924). In 1940, it was granted urban-type settlement status in 1940 and demoted back in status to that of a rural locality in 2005.
