Lighthouse of Calaburras
Calaburras Lighthouse is a lighthouse located at the coastal point known as Punta de Calaburras near Mijas, Málaga province,. The station was the first air/sea lighthouse in Spain and was built in 1863 and rebuilt in 1928. It is the main beacon of the province, the light is used by ships and planes navigating the Strait of Gibraltar. The present lighthouse is 29 metres high and replaced a 13.5 m (45 ft) masonry tower. Its signal is automatic and electric as of 1949.

Sohail Castle
Sohail Castle is a castle in Fuengirola, Spain. It was built in 956 CE by Abd-ar-Rahman III to strengthen the coastal defenses. In 2000 the Town of Fuengirola renovated the ruins of the Castle turning it into a tourist attraction and functioning space used for concerts and other festivals. Excavated stone ruins on public display at the western base of the hill on which the castle sits are dated back to before the Roman Empire occupied Fuengirola at least 300 BCE.
