Çeltikçi is a small town in Kızılcahamam district of Ankara Province, Turkey. It is situated to the south of Çamlıudere Dam reservoir and to the south west of Kızılcahamam at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:40|19|N|32|27|E||| | |name= }}.
