Smooth Radio 100.4

Smooth Radio 100.4 was an Independent Local Radio station based in Salford, Greater Manchester. It was part of the Smooth brand of stations from 1 March 2004, and changed its name from "Smooth FM" in March 2007. Along with other stations in the network, it was subsumed into a national Smooth Radio service from 4 October 2010. The station was based at studios in Laser House, Salford, where sister stations Real Radio North West, Rock Radio and parent company GMG radio are based.

Spitlers Edge

Spitlers Edge is a ridge running along the eastern edge of Anglezarke Moor, Chorley, Lancashire, England from Standing Stones Hill to Hordern Stoops. The peak, complete with cairn, at 392m, is the high point of the moorland. Redmonds Edge links Spitlers Edge to Great Hill and is paved. As of 2006, there are imminent plans to extend the paving along the length of Spitlers Edge.

Horrocks Fold

Horrocks Fold is a hamlet in Bolton, Greater Manchester, England to the south of Belmont, Lancashire. It is situated on the southern slopes of the West Pennine Moors north of Smithills Hall. Originally a farm and collection of barns and outbuildings, the site was converted to private residences in the early 1980s. Historically a part of Lancashire, Horrocks Fold is located up an unadopted lane off Belmont Road.

Round Loaf

Round Loaf is a Neolithic or Bronze Age tumulus on Anglezarke Moor (part of the West Pennine Moors) near Chorley in Lancashire, England. The structure is aligned between Great Hill and Pikestones. It is the largest of its type in the North West of England, dating back 3500 years. Known as a Round Barrow, it may contain the cremated remains of the leader of a tribe which once made this lonely spot their home.
