Trelewis

Trelewis is a small village in the Taff Bargoed Valley of south-east Wales, currently located in the southern part of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council area. It is a former mining village and together with nearby Bedlinog was until 1974 part of the Gelligaer Urban District Council area of the county of Glamorgan.

Llancaiach Fawr

Llancaiach Fawr is a Tudor manor house near the village of Nelson, located just to the north of the site of the former Llancaiach Colliery, in South Wales. It is now a council-owned museum of living history, where first person interpretation is used exclusively by the costumed interpreters in the house, who take on the role of the house servants.

Penrhiwceiber railway station

Penrhiwceiber railway station (Welsh: Gorsaf Reilffordd Penrhiwceibr) serves the village of Penrhiwceiber, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. It is located on the Aberdare branch of the Merthyr Line between the town of Mountain Ash and the village of Abercynon. Passenger services are provided by Arriva Trains Wales. A station at this location was first opened by the Taff Vale Railway in 1883.
