Penhelig railway station

Penhelig railway station (also spelt Penhelyg) serves the eastern outskirts of the seaside resort of Aberdovey in Gwynedd, Wales. Its situation is unusual, being located on a short length of sharply curved single track between two tunnels. The station is an unstaffed halt on the Cambrian Coast Railway with passenger services to Tywyn, Barmouth, Harlech, Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Machynlleth and Shrewsbury. Trains stop on request.

Aberdovey railway station serves the seaside resort of Aberdyfi in Gwynedd, Wales. The station is on the Cambrian Coast Railway with passenger services every 2 hours (weekday daytimes) calling at all stations between Machynlleth and Pwllheli, including Tywyn, Barmouth, Harlech and Porthmadog. Passengers can connect at Machynlleth for trains to Aberystwyth or Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Birmingham New Street.

Tywyn railway station

Tywyn railway station serves the town of Tywyn in Gwynedd, Wales. The station is on the Cambrian Coast Railway with passenger services to Barmouth, Harlech, Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Aberdovey, Machynlleth and Shrewsbury. The line was built by the Aberystwyth and Welsh Coast Railway in 1863 and became incorporated in the Cambrian Railways in 1867. Until the 1960s there was a summer service between London Paddington and Pwllheli, via Birmingham Snow Hill, Shrewsbury and Machynlleth.
