California's 44th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of California that from 2003 to 2013 covered an area of Southern California from San Clemente in Orange County on the coast, north-by-northeast inland to Riverside County, including the cities of Corona, Norco, Rubidoux, and Riverside. The district is currently represented by Democrat Janice Hahn. The district is now centered in South Los Angeles and includes the communities of Carson, Compton, and San Pedro.

Willard, California

Willard is a former populated place in Riverside County, California. It was located at the west corner of Lake Elsinore. It had its own post office located in the former Laguna Butterfeild Stage Station, on at 32912 Macy Avenue, from November 18, 1898 until September 30, 1902 when it was absorbed by the Elsinore post office. Willard was later incorporated into the City of Lake Elsinore. The old post office was torn down in 1964.

Lake Elsinore

Lake Elsinore is a shallow natural lake in Riverside County, California, located east of the Santa Ana Mountains and fed by the San Jacinto River. Originally named Laguna Grande by Spanish explorers, it was renamed for the town of Lake Elsinore, established on its northeastern shore on April 9, 1888.
