Cogealac
Cogealac is a commune in Constanţa County, Romania. The commune includes six villages: Cogealac Gura Dobrogei Râmnicu de Jos Râmnicu de Sus Tariverde The territory of the commune also includes the former village of Colelia, at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:44|36|10|N|28|24|39|E| | |name= }}, disestablished by Presidential Decree in 1977. The former village was populated by Dobrujan Germans until 1942 and it is now the site of the Colilia Monastery.

RoAF 57th Air Base
The Romanian Air Force 57th Air Base (Baza 57 Aeriană) was an air base located near Constanţa, at the Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport. The base was disbanded in August 2004 due to the Romanian Armed Forces reorganisation program and the retirement of the MiG-29s which were based here. The military sector of the Mihail Kogălniceanu International Airport is currently an annex of the 86th Air Base hosting the 863rd Helicopter Squadron.

It is the main airport of Dobrogea region and it provides access to the Constanţa County, the Constanţa city port and Black Sea Romanian resorts. The airport's highest traffic capacity was reached in 1979, when the Romanian Riviera reached its highest number of foreign tourists; at that time CND served 778,766 passengers.
