Gümeli
Gümeli is a forest town in Alaplı district of Zonguldak Province, Turkey. It is situated along Alaplı creek at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:41|07|N|31|37|E||| | |name= }}. The distance to Alaplı is 30 kilometres . The population of Gümeli is 1984 as of 2011. Gümeli is a relatively a new settlement. In 1880s, It was founded by a group of families from Ordu, a city about 500 kilometres to the east. In 1988 a part of Gümeli was administratively issued from Gümeli to found Erenköy.

Heraclea Pontica
Heraclea Pontica, an ancient city on the coast of Bithynia in Asia Minor, at the mouth of the river Lycus. It was founded by the Greek city-state of Megara c.560-558 and was named after Heracles whom the Greeks believed entered the underworld at a cave on the adjoining Archerusian promontory.
