Hatzerim

Hatzerim is a kibbutz located 8 kilometers west of Beersheba in the Negev desert in Israel. It is named after the Bible, mentioning a site nearby: "the Avvites who lived in farmyards as far as Gaza". It belongs to the Bnei Shimon Regional Council.

Israeli Air Force Museum

The Israeli Air Force Museum is located at Hatzerim Airbase in the Negev desert. The museum was established in 1977 and is open to the public since 1991. The museum displays a variety of Israeli Air Force and foreign aircraft, as well as anti aircraft arms.

NegevZoo

The Zoological Garden of Beersheba (AKA NegevZoo) is a Zoo located near the west entrance of Beersheba, Israel. The zoo's area is 10 dönüms (1 hectare or 2.5 acres). It has a collection of mammalians, birds and reptiles from which the ungulates, turtles, snakes and lizards are especially notable. The zoo was established on 1954 as a petting zoo of the near-by school.

Hatzerim Airbase

Hatzerim Israeli Air Force Base is an air base of the Israeli Air Force in the Negev Desert on the west outskirts of Beersheba, near Kibbutz Hatzerim. The base was constructed during the early 1960s and declared operational on 3 October 1966, the first air base not based around a former Royal Air Force base. At Hatzerim is the Israeli Air Force Museum, which opened in 1977 and has allowed public access since June 1991.

Be'er Sheva (Teyman) Airport

Be'er Sheva Airport, also known as the Teyman Airport is an Israeli airport located near Beersheba. The airport is mainly used for teaching flying, private aviation activity, a gliding club and SkyKef SkyDiving Center. The main operator of the airport is Ayit Aviation, owned by Captain Eli Peretz, who has managed the airport for the last 25 years.
