Dobrinka, Lipetsk Oblast

Dobrinka is a rural locality (a settlement) and the administrative center of Dobrinsky District of Lipetsk Oblast, Russia, located on the Gryazi–Borisoglebsk railway line, in the upper streams of the Plovutka River. Population: 9,572; 10,153; 9,673. It was founded on May 30, 1802 by the settlers from the town of Dobry (now the village of Dobroye) as the village of Dobrinskiye Vyselki (До́бринские Вы́селки).

Dobrinsky District is an administrative and municipal district, one of the eighteen in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,680 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the rural locality (a settlement) of Dobrinka. Population: 37,567; 40,809; 42,902. The population of Dobrinka accounts for 25.5% of the district's total population.
