Provadia

Provadia is a town in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Varna Province, located in a deep karst gorge along the Provadia River not far from the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is the administrative centre of Provadiya Municipality. As of December 2009, the town has a population of 12,901 inhabitants. Provadia served as a customs point since ancient times. It is well known for salty mineral waters, its mild climate and a total of 70 km of caves in the surrounding mountain walls.

Varna Province

Varna Province (Bulgarian: Област Варна, Oblast Varna, former name Varna okrug) is a province in northeastern Bulgaria, onе of the 28 Bulgarian provinces. It comprises 12 municipalities (общини, obshtini, sing. общинa, obshtina) with a total population, as of December 2009, of 465,465 inhabitants. The province is named after its administrative centre - the city of Varna.

Vetrino

Vetrino is a village in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Varna Province. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Vetrino Municipality, which lies in the western part of the Province. The village is located about 45 kilometres from the provincial capital of Varna and nearly the same distance from Shumen. As of December 2009, the village has a population of 1,036 inhabitants. Vetrino is twinned with Dubňany in the Czech Republic, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi in Ukraine and Yeniçiftlik in Turkey.
